It does not take a long time to decorate the stage of traditional Chinese opera as it generally relines on the simplest props. Thus, there is the saying “nothing and everything”. Props are called objects in daily life. Although they do not have life, on the stage, as the background, costumes and makeup, they result in visual images.Using riding horse, rowing the boat and taking the cars as examples, on the stage, it does not require real or fake horses, boats and cars. It relies on the actors’ dance to show the actions. On the stage, some real or simulated objects might influence the actors’ movements; on the stage, the actors only need one horsewhip, one oar and one flag and it can enhance the audiences’ imagination.
